I mean research. I’m a nerd at heart & this is my favorite part of the process. I will find not only beautiful images (and, when appropriate, gifs) tailored to the creative, but also visual inspiration to spark ideas for the written.

Visual research is my favorite, but this is a close 2nd. Layout is an integral part of interpretation & each treatment should be an experience that enhances the impact of & helps sell the director’s overall vision.

I pride myself on being able to adapt my writing style to fit the voice of any director. I studied psychology & have found it gives me a unique ability to quickly acquaint myself with a person & hone in on the distinctive elements of their manner.
